Website Design Service Terms | Overview
Effective: November 1, 2026
How projects begin
Each commissioned website project should have a written proposal and signed service agreement before paid work begins. This overview is informational and is not itself a contract or checkout acceptance.
Items the agreement should specify
The agreement should identify the project deliverables and exclusions; timeline and client approval milestones; deposit and payment schedule; included revisions and fees for additional changes; client-supplied content and licensing responsibilities; hosting, domain, plugin, and third-party charges; cancellation, refund, and delay provisions; security, maintenance, and support boundaries; and final ownership and licensing after payment.
Portfolio and privacy
Whether KVI may publicly showcase a completed project or identify a client should be agreed explicitly. Confidential information should not appear in public demonstrations without permission.

Flexible Payment Options
KVI Creative Studio offers the following proposed payment arrangements for eligible website projects, subject to an individually approved written agreement:
- Pay in Full: A proposed 5% discount when the entire agreed design fee is paid upfront. Discounts do not automatically apply to hosting, domains, licenses, taxes, or third-party costs.
- Standard 50/50 Plan: 50% deposit after written proposal and agreement approval, before work begins; remaining 50% when the agreed work is ready for handover or launch. For larger projects, a 40/30/30 milestone plan may be agreed in writing.
- Pay Monthly: 30% deposit followed by three scheduled monthly installments totaling the remaining 70%.
- Extended Plans: Longer arrangements may be considered individually and are not guaranteed.
United States and International Payments
We welcome U.S. and international inquiries. Project fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods, countries, currencies, exchange costs, and processing fees depend on the available payment provider and the individual invoice. We will confirm a supported payment method before requesting payment.
PayPal Pay Later
Where available at an eligible checkout, customers may see PayPal Pay Later options. Availability, eligibility, financing terms, and approval are determined by PayPal and its financing partners, not KVI Creative Studio. PayPal Pay Later is separate from KVI’s own staged or monthly invoice plans and is not guaranteed for U.S. or international customers.
Stripe Invoicing and Client Protection
For approved projects, KVI issues a secure Stripe invoice for the agreed deposit or full payment. A separate invoice may be issued for the final balance at the agreed milestone. No public payment is required to submit an inquiry. Invoices are issued only after the written quote and agreement are accepted.
Deposits, installment amounts, due dates, milestones, deliverables, cancellation and refund treatment, third-party expenses, and final ownership or transfer conditions must be clearly documented and accepted before a project begins. No automatic recurring charges are authorized by this informational page. A missed payment is handled under the signed project agreement and applicable law. The website design installment plan does not include ongoing website care unless separately contracted.
