Flexible ways to begin your website.
Choose a payment approach that fits your project. Every quote is tailored to the agreed scope and confirmed before work begins.
Option 01
Pay in Full
Proposed 5% discount on eligible website design fees when paid upfront.
Excludes separately billed hosting, domain, licenses, taxes, and third-party costs.
Option 02
50/50 Project Payments
50% deposit after your written quote and agreement are approved, before work begins. The remaining 50% is due when the agreed work is ready for handover or launch.
This is our recommended standard arrangement. For larger projects, a 40/30/30 milestone schedule may be agreed in writing.
Option 03
Pay Monthly
30% deposit, followed by three scheduled monthly installments for the remaining 70%.
Available for approved projects under a written installment agreement.
Secure Stripe Invoices for Approved Projects
After your proposal and agreement are approved, KVI sends a secure Stripe invoice for the agreed deposit or full payment. You pay on Stripe’s hosted payment page. The final balance is invoiced at the agreed milestone. Projects are generally quoted in U.S. dollars; available payment methods depend on your location and the invoice.

Pay Your Approved Quote
Already agreed on a project price with KVI Creative Studio? Enter the approved payment amount directly on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Include your quote or invoice reference and choose Deposit, Final Balance, or Other Approved Payment.
Only pay an amount KVI has confirmed in writing. This flexible payment option does not automatically mark an existing Stripe invoice as paid. If you received a Stripe invoice, use the payment button inside that invoice instead to keep its balance accurate.
Stripe collects your payment details securely. Payments are in USD. Keep your confirmation receipt.
Prefer PayPal? Use our secure PayPal payment option. Please include your approved project reference where supported and retain your receipt. PayPal payments are reconciled separately from Stripe invoices.

Already received a Stripe invoice? Open the secure payment link in your invoice email to pay the exact amount due. Stripe displays your approved balance and invoice details before you pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled under the applicable terms. Stripe handles payment; website setup and service activation are confirmed separately by KVI. Contact the studio before subscribing if your project requires a custom hosting arrangement.
